Recycled and Re-used Resources
Seahope uses 100% recycled cast iron that comes from reclaimed items such as automotive brake drums and rotors and other larger, recycled cast iron pieces.
Our casting process uses environmentally friendly natural sand and clay to bond the mold together (using a constantly monitored and perfected humidity level) rather than an artificial polymer, and the natural sand and clay is used again and again.
